We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bus Cleaner to join our team at Fullington Trailways, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our buses and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and clean buses and equipment to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Use a variety of cleaning solutions and equipment to scrub, scrape, and spray machine parts, equipment, and vehicles.
- Mix and apply cleaning solutions, abrasive compositions, and other compounds as needed.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machines, including pumps and hoses.
- Perform minor repairs and adjustments to equipment and vehicles, using hand tools.
- Monitor the operation of cleaning machines and report any malfunctions to supervisors.
- Disassemble and reassemble machines or equipment, and remove and reattach vehicle parts and trim, using hand tools.
- Connect and disconnect hoses and lines to pumps and other equipment.
- Maintain inventories of supplies and report necessary items to supervisors.
- Perform light duty facility maintenance and outdoor maintenance, including mowing grass, trimming, and light snow and ice removal.
We require a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
As a member of our team, you will be expected to perform all duties as assigned or directed, and to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
