About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Field Mechanic to join our team at Pike Industries, a leading highway contractor and producer of hot mix asphalt and construction aggregates in New England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to our facilities and work in the field and shop as needed to maintain our fleet of trucks and heavy equipment.
- Work closely with equipment manufacturers to stay up-to-date with new technology and best practices.
- Participate in paid company training and OEM training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of $24.00 or more, depending on experience, with a night shift differential of $10.00/hour.
