We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our team at Jamie Tharpe Trucking Inc. As a dedicated truck driver, you will be responsible for hauling refrigerated Reefer trailers on a daily basis, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and ensuring timely arrivals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Haul refrigerated Reefer trailers on a daily basis
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely arrivals
  • Operate a fully equipped latest model Kenworth T-680 automatic truck with outward-facing cameras
  • Manage daily routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members to ensure smooth operations

Benefits:

  • Average pay of $1225-$1450 per week
  • Daily pay guarantee of $175 per day
  • 100% no-touch freight, 60% drop and hook, 40% live unload
  • Park your truck and trailer at home
  • Home every other week for 2 days off
  • $3000 sign-on bonus

Requirements:

  • Valid Class A CDL with at least 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months or 1 year of OTR in the last 3 years

  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
