Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at FCM Group, LLC dba Nurse Next Door - Pearland & Kingwood.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with patients from diverse backgrounds. As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct evaluations, create personalized therapy plans, and provide ongoing support to help patients achieve their mobility goals.

• Meet with patients to discuss their health concerns and develop comprehensive therapy plans
• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine starting points for each patient
• Create customized treatment plans tailored to individual needs
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless follow-up care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and therapy sessions

• State licensure in occupational therapy required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a positive and compassionate demeanor
• Experience in home health or related field preferred
