Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and review data from multiple channels to ensure accuracy and integrity
  • Cleanse and certify data to meet organizational standards
  • Provide internal data support to other departments within SPIE
  • Interact with customers via email and telephone to answer questions and resolve concerns
  • Apply data governance best practices to ensure data quality and integrity
Requirements
  • 2-year degree or equivalent, relevant experience required
  • One year customer service experience
  • One year typing or data entry experience, plus additional office experience
  • PC proficiency and knowledge of Windows applications
  • Proficiency in web research and analyzing information
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
