OSP Aerial Sub-Contractor

Broadband Telecom Services is a leading telecommunications construction contracting company seeking a skilled OSP Aerial Sub-Contractor to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing aerial and underground plant for large building projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.

• Manage commercial construction projects, from underground to overhead installation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
• Comply with and enforce company safety policies.
• Utilize excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive project outcomes.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are highly desirable.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Customer-service oriented with excellent people skills.
• Thorough understanding of plans and specifications.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
