Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and are treated professionally.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services, including tanning solutions, skincare, and wellness offerings.
  • Sales and Promotion: Promote our products and services to clients, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Teamwork: Work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment, lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes, and perform salon cleaning functions.
