This is a full-time opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in our Franciscan Health WorkingWell Clinic in Lafayette, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have experience in Occupational Medicine and be comfortable with work-related injuries, Department of Transportation physicals, and musculoskeletal injuries.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care to patients with work-related injuries and illnesses
  • Conduct Department of Transportation physicals and other work-related services
  • Collaborate with our team to provide high-quality patient care
  • Participate in on-site training and education programs

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree - Required
  • Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) - Required - or
  • Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification - Required
  • Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
