We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Caregiver to join our team at Standard Home Care in Bloomingdale, IL. As a Home Care Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors in the Chicago area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Assist with light housekeeping, including laundry and cleaning.
- Help clients with mobility and transfer assistance, such as repositioning bedridden clients to prevent bedsores.
- Remind clients to take medication and assist with other activities of daily living.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in the home care industry (preferred)
- Proof of successfully completing 8 hours of approved training within the last 365 days from a licensed agency
- COVID-19 vaccination preferred
