Cook Childrens Physician Network in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a board-certified Neonatologist to join our team. As a Neonatal Follow-up Physician, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to high-risk NICU graduates and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform standardized neurological assessments and administer validated developmental assessments and screeners.
- Collaborate with neurologists, developmental pediatricians, psychologists, nurse coordinators, social workers, dietitians, parent liaisons, medical assistants, and other staff to provide holistic care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research projects based on your interests and experience.
- Work a 5-day schedule with dedicated time for charting and administrative tasks.
- Attend annual State Follow-up collaborative meetings and engage in continuing education related to neurodevelopmental follow-up of high-risk NICU graduates.
- Board certification in Pediatrics and eligibility for an unrestricted Texas Medical License.
