POSITION SUMMARY:
As a key member of the OSF HealthCare team, the Managing Medical Director of Specialty Care will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role requires a strong clinical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and improve the level of care for patients
- Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and quality leadership to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve medical practice
- Work closely with clinical teams to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctorate in Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
- 5 years' experience as a postgraduate licensed physician
- 3 years' experience in clinical leadership
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate at all levels of an organization

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years' experience as a postgraduate licensed physician
- 5 years' experience in clinical leadership, including hospital and/or ambulatory administration experience
