  • Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement, utilizing handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality.
  • Be an Owner: Drive the performance of the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and providing member service by acknowledging the member and identifying their needs.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador: Develop, influence, and inspire others to work in a style that is respectful, supportive, and team-oriented, understanding roadblocks and assisting in training, and implementing related action plans.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Food Service experience preferred
  • Food Handler Certification (Food Safety) - Certification
