Ramboll is seeking an experienced industrial hygienist to join our Health Sciences team as a Manager or Senior Managing Consultant.
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in scientific consulting and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Manage existing projects, develop budgets and proposals, and effectively communicate with clients.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build client relationships, and mentor staff.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical project management and business leadership, and contribute to advanced solutions in protecting worker and community health.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience providing industrial hygiene services, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) strongly desired, but a candidate with the ability to obtain their CIH within one year or a strong resume with relevant experience will be considered.
- Bachelors level degree in industrial hygiene, environmental sciences, chemistry, microbiology, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to mentor staff and build trusted advisor relationships with clients.
- Attention to detail, strong critical thinking, and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
