Electrician - Journeyman

Hayden Power Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrician - Journeyman to join our team. As a key member of our electrical installation team, you will be responsible for installing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems in commercial, industrial, and residential settings.

• Install, test, and maintain electrical systems, including wiring, fixtures, and control devices.
• Perform wire terminations and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Collaborate with other electricians and tradespeople to complete projects.
• Mentor apprentices and helpers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Accurately code timecards and complete time and material sheets.

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
• Journeyperson certificate or 7 years equivalent work experience.
• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Supervise assigned crew to complete projects accurately and thoroughly.
• Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC) and NFPA70E.
• Proficiency in testing electrical systems or continuity of circuits using testing devices and meters.

• Jobsite visits may require lifting not to exceed 50 pounds, standing, bending, or reaching for extended periods of time.
• Ability to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, with overtime and nights as required.
• Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
• Ability to frequently bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms, and/or legs.
