We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as the Assistant Director of Graduate Enrollment Marketing and Communications at St. Mary's University.

About the Position

This role is responsible for developing and executing graduate recruitment marketing strategies, creating engaging content, and managing the Slate CRM system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Graduate Admission team to develop and implement a comprehensive graduate recruitment marketing strategy.
  2. Content Development: Create high-quality marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, and web content, that promote St. Mary's graduate programs.
  3. Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and measure the success of graduate recruitment marketing campaigns across various channels.
  4. Slate Management: Ensure accurate and timely communication flows within Slate to engage prospective students.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • Professional Experience: Three or more years of experience in marketing, communications, or enrollment recruiting, preferably in higher education.
  • Skillset: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, intermediate to advanced MS Office skills, and experience with virtual meeting platforms, such as Zoom.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. The university offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
