Waterproofing Specialist

Crawl Space Ninja is seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Waterproofing and Repair Technician. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of our clients' crawl spaces and basements.

• Install interior and exterior drain systems for basement waterproofing, french drains, and downspouts.
• Break up concrete and dig large volumes of dirt to install foundation repair solutions, including rebuilding cinder block and brick, installing steel I-beams, and carbon fiber reinforcement.
• Install sump pumps and dehumidifiers, including drainage and electrical.
• Install all interior and exterior construction materials as needed, including vapor barrier installation on walls, pillars, and floors, and air sealing subfloor and other areas.
• Mold remediation, including soda blasting, scrubbing, negative air, containment, biocide application, etc.

• Ability to carry 75-125lbs or more up ladders.
• Ability to work in temperatures at and above 120 degrees.
• Ability to wear respirators and other personal protective equipment supplied.
• Ability to use hand tools safely, including jackhammers, saws, drills, and masonry guns.
• Ability to dig using shovels and picks both inside and outside the home.
• Ability to get wet and dirty.
• Ability to fit into tight spaces.
• Ability to work with various types of insulation, including fiberglass, rock wool, cellulose, spray foam, and radiant barrier.

$18-$22/hour

Must be able to pass a drug test, nationwide background check, and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
