Job Title: Computed Tomography Technologist

Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Duluth, Minnesota.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare facility and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating CT scanners, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring accurate imaging results.

Responsibilities
  • Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for CT procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and imaging results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of CT scanner operation and maintenance
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
