Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Decatur Member Services Representative to join our team at Crunch Fitness - Florence / Decatur, Al. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling membership sales, and facilitating member requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Sell membership sales and retail products, meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the club.
  • Facilitate member requests, including scheduling services, processing payments, and communicating special events.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in corporate, online training, or team meetings to stay up-to-date on company initiatives and best practices.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including basic math and money handling.
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, days, and nights, with a maximum of 35 hours per week.
