About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Emergency Room Nurse - Critical Care Specialist. This role involves working night shifts in our fast-paced emergency department, providing high-quality patient care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assessing patients' conditions, and developing individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Requirements:
- Associate Nursing Degree
- Active AL RN License
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within 30 days of hire
