Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure network architecture, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Implement and maintain network security measures, including access control lists and intrusion detection systems
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network services
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, applying knowledge to improve network performance and security
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
  • Experience with Cisco IOS, Arista, and Juniper routers and switches
  • Knowledge of network security principles, including firewalls, VPNs, and access control lists
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of Python, REST-API, and shell scripting
  • Familiarity with JSON and YAML data structures
  • Experience with network security tools, including AlgoSec and Palo Alto
  • Knowledge of IPv6 implementations and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, etc.)
