Our flexible scheduling options include full-time and part-time positions, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with Sundays off.

1. Work closely with the General Manager to drive revenue growth through guest count and lead measure performance.
2. Coach and execute excellent customer service, creating an exceptional guest experience.
3. Set a positive example as a leader, building team engagement and efficiency.
4. Develop teammates through our internal training program, providing ongoing guidance, coaching, and direction.
5. Ensure quality control measures and processes are followed consistently.
6. Perform opening and closing duties, assist with budgeting and sales forecasts, and provide clear direction to the team.
7. Manage inventory and product orders, adhering to safety and productivity standards.
8. Assist guests with their questions and needs, in-person, electronically, or via the telephone.

• 1-3 years of retail management experience; professional automotive experience is not required.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.
• Sound business sense and comprehensive understanding of the retail industry.
• Ability to analyze and recommend financial objectives to increase sales and service results.
• Positive, helpful attitude and professional conduct and appearance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible, high-performance retail environment.
