Tact Staff is currently seeking a Travel Nurse RN specializing in NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care.
Position OverviewThe Travel Nurse will provide comprehensive care to patients in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This role emphasizes independent and collaborative nursing practices tailored to the needs of neonates and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver holistic nursing care to neonates and their families.
- Conduct assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, and implement care plans.
- Coordinate care among multidisciplinary teams and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Engage in shared decision-making to enhance nursing practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement of care standards and environments.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a NICU setting.
- Experience in newborn stabilization and resuscitation.
- Current certifications in BLS and NRP are mandatory.
- Experience with Epic software is preferred.
- Active Minnesota state nursing license is required.
