Key Responsibilities:


As an Audit Manager, you will have a variety of critical responsibilities that are vital to our financial operations and compliance.


These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing the auditing process to ensure efficiency and adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Leading a team of auditors, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Ensuring all financial operations are transparent and comply with company policies and standards.
  • Conducting risk assessments and implementing strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Preparing comprehensive reports on audit findings and presenting these to senior management.
  • Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to enhance financial processes and systems.
  • Staying updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in auditing and implementing necessary changes.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the finance sector.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Extensive knowledge of auditing principles and practices, as well as laws and regulations relevant to the finance sector.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in accounting and auditing software.
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
