Position Title: Sales and Service - Assistant Manager for Self Storage Operations
Reports To: District Manager
FSLA Status: Non-Exempt
Employment Status: Full-time
Work Schedule: Standard hours with flexibility required for weekends.
Compensation: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
Travel Requirements: 25%-50% of the time
Key Responsibilities
- Effectively promote and sell self-storage solutions to prospective clients.
- Work autonomously, balancing time between office duties and property management.
- Maintain general property upkeep, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct daily property inspections to ensure rental spaces are ready.
- Process payments accurately and manage cash transactions.
- Engage with customers to deliver an outstanding service experience.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for fulfilling job responsibilities.

Physical Requirements
