Airframe Finishing Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Airframe Finishing Supervisor to oversee all aspects of our aircraft paint hangar operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of aircraft paint processes, materials, and equipment, as well as the ability to manage a skilled workforce and coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and high-quality paint services.

The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Its end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight training and complete logistics support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the paint hangar facility, ensuring efficient and effective operations
• Develop and coordinate employees and resources to meet schedule demands, optimizing workforce capabilities
• Collaborate with the Business Development team on all paint requirements to support new and ongoing projects

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree and typically 10+ years of relevant experience that includes the knowledge requirements listed
• Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Proven experience in managing an aircraft paint hangar facility or similar environment
