Warehouse Superintendent - McCall Farms DC

Position Summary:
The McCall Farms Distribution Center is in search of a Warehouse Superintendent to oversee the second shift operations. This pivotal role is responsible for managing the pick, pack, and shipping processes while ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting safety training, monitoring shipments, and fostering a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver effective leadership for all operational functions
  • Guide team members to achieve daily performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Drive operational enhancements through data-driven analysis

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, lift up to 40 lbs, and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel is preferred

Food Safety Standards:

  • Training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food security, and sanitation
