As a server at Whiskey Joe's, you'll be an integral part of creating memorable experiences for our guests while enjoying the beautiful waterfront views and lively ambiance of our establishment.


Responsibilities:
  • Greet and seat guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring accuracy.
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas.
  • Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Uphold Whiskey Joe's standards of service excellence at all times.

Qualifications:
  • Previous serving experience (1 year minimum) in a full-service restaurant.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality.
