As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and expansion of new opportunities for engagements that strategically identify partnerships at targeted Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) organizations, Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), minority serving institutions (MSI), military academies and veterans programs.

Responsibilities:

* Support the execution of project deliverables from customer-funded work scope that would support additional programs and opportunities for INL personnel in national and homeland security to act as mentors, technical speakers, and student networking advisors that are instrumental to workforce development.
* Develop programs that will directly support N&HS leadership and INL's Talent Acquisition staff and synchronize complex project funding interdependencies across organizations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or 14 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree with former military experience.
* Experience with workforce development and partnerships with targeted STEM organizations, military programs, specifically focused on defense systems programs, nuclear non-proliferation, and critical infrastructure.
* Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy 'Q' clearance, which requires US Citizenship.
