The successful candidate will be responsible for performing general warehousing duties, troubleshooting and reconditioning beverage equipment, and working with the parts team. This is a dynamic role that requires a passion for customer service, attention to detail, and a desire to apply technical skills throughout a busy workday.
Key Responsibilities- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial beverage and related equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments.
- Utilize mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills to troubleshoot and repair beverage equipment.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
- Comply with regulations and maintain a clean and orderly work area.
- Conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times while interacting with customers and representing the company.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Occasional weekend availability.
- Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge and ability to read volts, amps, ohms, and continuity on multimeters.
- Some plumbing knowledge and ability to lift machinery and/or items exceeding 75 lbs.
- Ability to work overtime as requested by management, within reason.
