Job Overview:
MERCHANT & GOULD PC is partnering with Ecolab to offer a unique clerkship opportunity for law students. This program is designed to provide a stimulating educational experience, exposing participants to both prosecution and litigation aspects of intellectual property law. The Summer Associate Program has been the primary source of new associates for the company, offering significant projects and close collaboration with attorneys. Participants are considered for full-time associate positions upon completion.

Compensation: $3,500 weekly

The TCDIP 1L Clerkship is an exceptional opportunity for law students to gain practical experience in intellectual property law. As a Summer Associate, you will be given substantial projects, working closely with experienced attorneys. • Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, life sciences, or related degrees
• Advanced degree and industry experience preferred
• Top 25% in undergrad and law school preferred
