Job Title: Russian Speaking Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who speaks fluent Russian to join our team at Virginia Home Care Services. As a CNA, you will provide personalized care to our clients in their homes and communities, building genuine relationships and creating a healthy environment that meets their needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily activities such as mobility and range of motion
  • Transfer clients in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or automobiles
  • Care for clients by changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning the home, or assisting with personal care
  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
  • Build relationships with patients by conversing or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
  • Give medication reminders
  • Engage patients in exercises or other activities
Qualifications:
  • Speaks Fluent Russian
  • Professional License for CNA, or Certificate for HHA and PCA
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One-year prior professional experience
  • Driver's license required
  • CPR / First Aid certification preferred
