Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate classroom operations, including the implementation of our proprietary curriculum.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members, school administration, families, and the community to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Provide guidance and support to junior teachers and staff members to ensure the highest quality of care and education.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education to continuously improve our curriculum and teaching methods.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a lead teaching role in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to lift, bend, and move around the classroom as needed.
- Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to providing high-quality care and education to our students.
