Job Title: Orthodontic Assistant

About the Role:
This position is a full-time opportunity to join our team as an Orthodontic Assistant. The ideal candidate will have relevant dental assistant licensure and experience in a dental or healthcare setting. As a key member of our team, you will provide chairside assistance during dental treatments, prepare treatment rooms, take dental X-rays, educate clients on oral health, and maintain accurate patient records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with dental and ortho procedures, ensuring the dentist has necessary tools and support
  • Prepare treatment rooms, set up and sterilize instruments and equipment
  • Take dental X-rays, following safety protocols to protect patients and staff
  • Educate clients on oral health and provide instructions on post-treatment care
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documenting all information correctly

Requirements:
  • Relevant dental assistant licensure (if required by state law)
  • Experience in a dental or healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in dental software and technology
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: Salary starting at $18-$35 per hour based on licensure, experience, skills, and qualifications.
