LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
As a licensed practical nurse (LPN), you will serve as the vital link between exceptional care and tangible, positive outcomes. Paired with mentors who encourage your growth, you will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team. • Execute a wide range of nursing tasks under the supervision of a registered nurse daily.
• Provide direct care to patients; implement their care plans and monitor their behavior, vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatment.
• Work with diverse diagnoses, including stroke, spinal cord injury, neurological disorders, joint replacement, fractures, multiple trauma, and cardiac/pulmonary conditions.
• Assist patients in working towards their goals of discharge and returning to their lives, families, and communities.
Qualifications
• Current LPN licensure in accordance with state regulations required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• One or more years of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting preferred.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.
