Job Summary:
You will provide critical support to our patient care teams, ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless operations.
Duties:
- Answering phone calls and responding to messages in a timely manner.
- Maintaining open communication with Charge Nurses and House Supervisors to address any concerns or issues.
- Managing paperwork and ordering supplies as needed.
- Transcribing orders from charts and verifying physician privileges.
- Arranging transportation for patients undergoing tests or procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with medical files and terminology.
