About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Crane NXT Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Los Angeles Metro area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent our Cummins Allison product line, which includes back-office currency counting equipment and technical services, as well as customer-facing currency counting equipment and self-check-out cash payment solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with national customers, including identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with Region Sales Managers to facilitate execution at the field level and drive sales growth.
  • Track activities and opportunities using various tools and reports, and provide regular updates to management.
  • Develop and implement sales growth-oriented programs to expand existing sales and service business.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years of sales experience in direct-to-customer environments
  • Excellent understanding of the sales process and ability to identify customer needs and solve problems
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 10%
