Job Summary

This role requires a skilled professional to oversee hotel operations and drive business growth. As a Property Director - Extended Stay Leadership, you will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage revenue streams, and maintain profitability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless day-to-day hotel operations, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service quality.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to boost occupancy rates, length of stay, and ancillary revenue streams.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and control expenses, managing labor costs, inventory, and capital expenditures to achieve financial targets.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive work environment, coach and develop team members, and make informed personnel decisions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Educational Background: A degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or related field; 6 years of experience in hospitality management, with 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to motivate and direct teams, driving results-oriented performance and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement effective solutions.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $122,000-$152,000. Marriott offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and travel discounts. Additionally, employees may be eligible for bonus programs, stock awards, and deferred compensation plans.
