We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse III to join our Children's Hosp Float Pool team. This is a 36 hour night shift position that requires a high level of expertise and dedication.
Key Responsibilities- Implement physician orders and administer medications as required.
- Start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, and document treatment according to company policy and local/state/federal rules and regulations.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered.
- Apply sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel and maintain standards of professional nursing.
This role requires a high level of expertise and dedication. The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
