Restaurant Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced Server to join our team at Monadnock Country Cafe Llc. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and has fantastic attention to detail.

• Take food and beverage orders from customers with a smile and make recommendations for popular menu items.
• Answer questions about the menu, its preparation, and any special dietary options available.
• Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff in a timely manner to ensure seamless service.
• Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied and address any concerns promptly.
• Process payment efficiently and professionally at the end of each meal.

• Prior experience as a server is preferred but not necessary; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
• A friendly and outgoing personality that can build rapport with customers and make them feel welcome.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively take orders and respond to customer inquiries.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays.
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe dining environment.
