We are a comprehensive medical group and technology company dedicated to serving patients across the care continuum. We are currently seeking a talented physician to join our team as a medical director and attending physician at skilled nursing facilities.

The ideal candidate will have Board Certification in Internal Medicine with additional Board Certification in Pulmonary Medicine. They must hold a valid medical license in the state of practice and have completed a valid U.S. residency program. Reliable transportation is also required.

**Essential Functions & Responsibilities**

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered comprehensive pulmonology care services by rounding on patients residing in SNFs.
  • Diagnose/treat diseases and conditions of the respiratory system and lungs.
  • Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to manage day-to-day resident care at each facility.
