Receptionist Job Description

Brentwood Center for Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will play a vital role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents, families, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently and promptly.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities.
  • Receive and distribute mail, newspapers, and gifts for residents.

Requirements:
