Agriland FS, a financially strong farmer-owned cooperative, is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee operations at one of our locations. As a key member of our team, this individual will work closely with the location manager to lead the operations team with expertise in operating a variety of equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule, lead, and perform preventative maintenance projects with team members.
  • Schedule product delivery and oversee product application.
  • Assist with the application and delivery of agronomy products.
  • Maintain shop tools and facilities.
  • Assist with the recruitment of operational personnel.
  • Assist with the training of team members.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to obtain a Class A CDL with all required endorsements.
  • Excellent business skills with experience in budgeting and inventory.
  • Mechanical aptitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Effectively operate all equipment at the facility.
  • Excellent work ethic with the ability to work hours beyond considered normal.
  • Very good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Experience or strong understanding of Ag Retail preferred.
