Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of 1 to 7 employees to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high-quality food preparation.
  • Run shifts and manage the execution of all company policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety codes and company safety policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement training plans to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to create an "Employer of Choice" environment and promote employee growth and development.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant environment or a guest service industry in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Ability to stand and walk for approximately 95-100% of shift, including bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Food Handlers certification may be required.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Basic business math skills and cash handling experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
