Responsibilities- Diagnose and treat patients with cardiovascular diseases, including coronary artery disease, heart failure, and arrhythmias.
- Perform interventional procedures, such as angioplasty and stenting, to restore blood flow to the heart and other critical areas.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and primary care physicians, to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in cardiovascular medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into your care.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.
- Completion of an accredited Interventional Cardiology Fellowship program.
- Eligibility to obtain a California medical license or current licensure to practice in California.
- Pacemaker device implantation skills a plus.
