Job Opportunity

Aim Environmental LLC is seeking a skilled professional to conduct building surveys and inspections for asbestos, lead-based paint, and mold.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in reviewing project specifications, conducting site surveys, collecting bulk samples, and compiling comprehensive reports of findings.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing project plans and specifications
  • Conducting thorough site surveys to identify potential hazards
  • Collecting and analyzing samples to determine the presence of hazardous materials
  • Compiling detailed reports of findings and recommendations

Qualifications:

· 1-3 years experience in conducting hazardous building material surveys

· NYSDOL Asbestos Inspector License

· NYCDEP Asbestos Investigator (preferred)

· USEPA Lead-Based Paint Inspector/Risk Assessor (preferred)

· NYSDOL Mold Assessor (preferred)

· Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting software (preferred)

· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

· High school diploma

· AS or BS in industrial hygiene, environmental science, or related fields (preferred)
