Paralegal - Insurance Defense

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys with discovery, medical summaries, and billing summaries, as well as deposition and trial preparation.

The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in Insurance Defense or Personal Injury. You will be responsible for preparing disclosures, discovery responses, and trial preparation, as well as working in an electronic/digital environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Support attorneys with discovery, medical summaries, and billing summaries
  • Prepare disclosures, discovery responses, and trial preparation
  • Work in an electronic/digital environment
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Court Rules and Procedures
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate
  • 1-5 years of civil litigation experience, preferably Insurance Defense or Personal Injury
  • Familiarity with Court Rules and Procedures
  • Strong software/technical skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
