About the Role:

This is a 1099 Independent Contracting Position, offering flexibility and autonomy in managing client referrals and scheduling. We require an experienced LPCC-S licensed therapist with a Master's Degree in Counseling and a strong understanding of clinical supervision principles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client referral management and scheduling
  • Accurate and timely client record maintenance
  • Collaborative work with staff to enhance client care
  • Provision of clinical supervision to independent therapists
  • Monthly meeting facilitation to promote teamwork
