Key Responsibilities- Provide guidance and support to healthcare team members in delivering palliative care services
- Develop and implement a palliative care program that meets the needs of patients and families
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on palliative care best practices
- Texas Registered Nurse licensure or Compact State Registered Nurse licensure
- BCLS certification
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Hospice and Palliative Care Nursing experience with a proven track record in leadership, education, team building, program development, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- RN from an accredited school of nursing
- BSN preferred
- Certified Palliative and Hospice Care Nurse (CHPN) certification
- Critical care experience in a hospital setting
