We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN to join our esteemed healthcare facility. This role is essential for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
Certification Requirements- BLS (AHA) certification is mandatory.
- Certification in OR Tech / Surgical Tech is required.
- State License 1 Verification is necessary.
- NURSYS Verification is required.
- Location: Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio
- Position: OR RN - Neuro Service line with required SCRUB experience.
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift Schedule: 4x10s, Day Shift, 11a-9p, with Every Other Holiday + Call Required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar acuity setting, preferably in a level 1 trauma environment.
- Experience in a Large Hospital setting is essential.
- At least one year of travel experience is required.
Riverside Methodist Hospital is recognized for its fast-paced and invigorating atmosphere. As a Level II trauma center and a Magnet Hospital, it is also a Comprehensive Certified Stroke Center.
Skills and ExperienceCandidates must possess strong skills in both circulating and scrub roles. The ability to scrub is a strict requirement. This position involves working in a 35 suite, multi-service line OR with patients presenting complex acuity.
TechnologyThe facility utilizes EPIC as its Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Additional Requirements- APN Candidates must provide an I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form.
- A valid Drivers License/State ID is required for specific roles.
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification is required for Labor & Delivery.
- A Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam must be completed within one year of employment.
