We are seeking a skilled Video Content Creator to join our team at 4P Consulting Inc.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires creativity, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, shooting, and editing video content that meets project objectives and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the creative team and stakeholders to develop video concepts and storyboards, ensuring all content aligns with the company's vision and goals.
  • Equipment Operation: Schedule and conduct video shoots, operating various video and audio equipment while ensuring proper handling and maintenance.
  • Post-Production: Edit video content, incorporating graphics, effects, and sound design to create polished and engaging final products.
  • Library Management: Organize and maintain video libraries and archives, ensuring all content is easily accessible for future use.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating exceptional storytelling capabilities and visual composition.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and camera equipment, as well as flexibility to adapt to changing project needs.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Education: A degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
